Sardinia Travel Guide

Getting There & Getting Around

Getting to Sardinia is a breeze, and you’ve got a few fab options to choose from. If you're coming from mainland Italy, you can catch a quick flight to one of Sardinia's three airports: Cagliari Elmas in the south (and Sardinia’s main airport), Olbia Costa Smeralda in the north, or Alghero Fertilia on the west coast.

You can also get there by ferry, but that’s definitely not the most time-efficient.

Once you’re on the island, you can take taxis or private transport. However, it might make more sense for you to rent a car depending on how much of the island you’re looking to explore.
